Monique van der Stroom, owner of Naked Cow Dairy, attended Arizona University for Dairy Science and has always felt a strong desire to uplift the dairy industry by genuinely caring for her cows and creating artisanal quality products to offer to the community at an affordable cost.
Her herd of cows is small compared to the vast size of mainland commercial farms, but her passion for excellence and collaboration puts her acres ahead. Always including other local food producers, Naked Cow Dairy puts forth an impressive line-up of fresh, handmade butters, cheeses, and cream top yogurt.

Specialities like their Kona coffee butter for toast topping and baking pastries, or their Alaea Sea Salt butter for endless culinary creations make mouths water. They also offer “Da Udder Box”, a practical dairy box providing weekly farm fresh dairy goods is up for grabs at select CSA food hubs across the state. A customer used yogurt from their ‘Udder Box’ to make salad dressing and shared the delightful outcome. Inspired by the feedback, Naked Cow Dairy created this rich and creamy country dill salad dressing that will transport you to a fine dining restaurant in the swankiest of places. There’s definitely something to be said about using fresh, natural ingredients that elevate your food and cooking skills to the next level.
Udderly Delicious Country Dill Salad Dressing
- 1 1/4 C. Naked Cow Dairy Cream Top Yogurt
- 1/2 C. Mayonnaise
- 1/4 C. Fresh Dill, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Naked Cow Dairy Country Dill Soft Cheese Spread
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Add ingredients in to a bowl or blender, combine until creamy and well mixed.
